"A virtual marketplace where I can shop fantabulous Black Womxn creative entrepreneurs' wears year round...say what?!"

Yes! Just BE's 5th annual holiday market entitled, For the Culture is going digital this year. We are launching a new marketplace platform specifically curated to meet the needs of Black Women Entrepreneurs and attract shoppers dedicated to buying Black and local.

Last year, over 50 Black Women business owners made $45,000 in collective sales at the For the Culture Market. This year we plan to double this number to $90,000 with over 5,000 shoppers supporting Black entrepreneurs.

I am an aspiring entrepreneur or current business owner that is trying to figure out this business stuff all by myself. I am worried I am going to give up even before I have begun or I am going to burn out from the hustle.

Sound familiar?

You are not alone!
We have been here too. This is why we created Just BE to provide a community explicitly for Black Women Entrepreneurs to come together to support each other through the unique trials, tribulations, and successes of being our own bosses.

As a result of COVID-19, Just BE is re-thinking our membership. We are ruminating on how to best serve our fabulous Black Women business community in 2021 and beyond. Stay tuned!

I am working around the clock trying to live my best business life, but I am exhausted and have zero help.

Word.

It turns out that 97.5% of Black Women business owners do not have employees and if we do have employees they tend to be the lowest paid. Conclusion = we really are out here burning ourselves out. Just BE is out here to change this.

We are re-imagining new ways to connect and build community with each other as Black Women Entrepreneurs surviving the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stay tuned for new ways to connect in 2021.

I do not have time for fun, I have to get these dollars. Time is money and I could be missing out on millions. I need to beat the competition and stay a head of the game...

Wrong. The competition sleeps too boo and has fun :)

Turns out that tapping into the creative side of your brain actually increases your productivity, creativity, and ability to come up with innovative ideas.

Queen, we are here to tell you that you deserve a BREAK!

Play days are one of our favorite events we host. We look forward to re-birthing these events as COVID-19 subsides.
